If you are located outside the European Union, we ship on an EX Works (EXW) basis. This means that during checkout of your order, we will ask you to provide your shipping carrier account number, so that the carrier can charge you directly. The carrier will also provide tracking information of the shipment.
We support DHL, Fedex and UPS account numbers.
If you are located inside the European Union, we provide shipping as part of our handling fee.
